Peggy Baker, Acting Board Chair

Peggy Baker is acting Chair of Chapel Haven’s Board of Directors, returning to a position she held for several years. She is also a member of the Executive Committee and the Finance Committee. She is the creator and past chair of the annual Chapel Haven Golf Tournament. In the Golf Classic’s first year, Mrs. Baker organized over one hundred golfers to raise funds for campus-wide projects. She and her husband, John, have four children. Their youngest, Matthew Baker, has been part of the Chapel Haven community since 2010. In 2022, the Baker family were honored with the Bozzuto Family Award at the Special Olympics CT Annual Awards Dinner for their many years of volunteering and coaching with Special Olympics.
