Parent Shelley Hartz said she and husband Rick found, in CHSC “a program that fit our needs. It gave both Daniel and us independence.” Daniel was 19 when he started in the REACH program. Today, he lives independently in his own condo and, at age 41, has his own life.
“We are blessed to be a part of the CHSC family and to have Rosemary as his case manager for the last 19 years. She is part of our family. The love and support given to Daniel by staff is what makes CH the amazing place it is.”
